Anup Dey, Founder of Parichay India. A man of moral values, down to earth, disciplined, adventurous and futuristic by nature, who quickly adapts himself to new infrastructure and technologies. He is keen to experiment with new things and with his full devotion (under the ambit of rules and regulation without jeopardizing safety). Getting left behind is not in his nature; instead moving ahead and leaving others behind is his motto. He is very simple in his approach but at the same time he is very logical in his ideas. He has designed, produced and installed specialty environment for lots of clients. He has done BFA from Sir JJ School of Fine Arts, Mumbai. He is a true mentor to his partners, members and field teams; he favors taking the time to provide mentorship over dictatorship so they become more knowledgeable. He has taken on many titles in the company’s lifetime, business owner, expert principal designer, humble mentor, and caring friend. His extensive experience includes design and space planning, project management, construction document preparation, subcontractor coordination, and plan permitting. His technical skills and wide ranging experience in design field help to ensure a smooth process and memorable experience for Parichay India’s clients. In his earlier days he has worked in Bollywood films like Andhera, Aadmi with Mithun Chakraborty and few more.
